Closing Time

hiddenmuseWell, it's nearing the end of another day. Work certainly had its moments, felt a bit like a rollercoaster ride of sorts. :-/
Managed to get things hashed out with the producer I was having trouble with a couple of days ago, although today, it felt like I was the bearer of bad news for him on several occasions ... heh. Such is my job, though.
Had a couple of moments where I almost felt like my resolve was going to leave me and I'd eat for the sake of doing so. Thankfully, I didn't give in - and at least I could recognize that I wanted to do it. Just a little more progress on my part.
Tonight, my apartment felt obscenely hot & stuffy, so I've taken the plastic off the windows (to keep out wintertime drafts ... not for the heightened security measures), got the fan blasting and the windows wide open. Now, I just need to remember to turn the fan down and keep the windows open only a wee bit. And perhaps take an Allegra before bedtime. Gord knows what could be blowing around in the breeze - especially with the mold counts being really high today!
Anywho ... nothing too eventful going on this evening. Although this weekend, I'm spending Saturday night at my parents' house because we're celebrating my sister's birthday on Sunday (it's actually April 7th ... but with our schedules and my OA meeting, kinda hard to get together on a weeknight) - and also, she's gonna be in a skate show on Saturday evening. :)
Also, last night, I found mandarin oranges at a grocery store near my home away from home (Target). It was nice to eat mandarin oranges that didn't come out of a can labeled "Geisha Mandarin Oranges" for once. Tonight, I bought a couple of blood oranges, to give those a whirl.
Now, I must be getting to bed. I'm feeling really tired and I do have to work in the morning. (Oh joy - at least it's Friday) Good night all - I will write again soon!
