Doesn't Play Well With Others

Late last night, I got into a round of fisticuffs with a bottle of cranberry juice. I won, and came away with battle wounds to prove it. ;) I'm just really pissed that I had to be physically aggressive towards a bottle of juice, dammit. But, when you can't get into the bottle, and conventional means of opening it fail at every turn - you do what I do and lash out. Oh, I did get the bottle open - by stabbing the bejesus out of the lid, then covering the bottle with a plastic baggie! As for battle wounds - I have a bruise on the palm of my hand as well as my middle finger.

Besides that moment of being truly bitchy and passive/aggressive butch-like towards a friggin' bottle of juice, things are going alright. St. Louis weather is back to its state of truly fucked abnormalcy, as we have been getting that drecky wet snow - sometimes in delicate flakes, other times in behemoth flakes that the wind tries to blow into any exposed orifice. (Yeah, nothing more fun than almost snorting snowflakes...)

Tex's whole 'damn the man, I'm gonna post 20 trillion times just because' thing had me laughing - because it didn't seem like her (well, not that I really know, as I don't know her *that* well), but it was funny to see someone testing the limits and all. :^D

Now, I'm gonna pack up my stuff and get my ass home before it snows too much and becomes a bitch to navigate through. I will try to post again later - until then, be well and take care of yourselves!

Hi sweetie.

As you will read in my journal, it's been a totally insane day. I am at the office now... I think I am going to scrape the spare change out of my cupholders and see if I have enough for a movie ticket. Who knows when the power will be back on at my house but we have no internet connection without it.

Anyway, if I'm not around tonight, that's why. I miss you and I love you!

The weather two hours north isn't any better! Can't believe it was 50 some degrees just two days ago and now the low for tonight is like 10. yuck! I hate winter!!
