Dear Canadia -

I love you and your over-the-counter drugs. Where else can I get my allergy drugs for about $20 less than I'd pay through my insurance every month; muscle relaxers that work quite nicely; and the bottles of 400 mg Advil?

And I love the Canadians that I know, as they are quite awesome.

Thanks Canada.

Cheers,

- Me

Can I ask where you get them? A friend of mine is looking, and I couldn't remember which site you used.

I get the meds from Canada Pharmacy (http://www.canadapharmacy.com). They offer Zyrtec and Allergra, and variations of the muscle relaxer Robaxil, over the counter, and they do sell a lot of prescription drugs as well.

Whoa whoa whoa...400mg Advil? Do they sell the 800mg kind? I'm going through way to much of the 200mg kind and it would make me life so much easier.

Nope, just 400mg - "Extra Strength" Advil. A bottle of 72 is about $9.99 USD (of course, there is shipping, which I think is about $5 for standard ground shipping) - and I usually order that alongside my Zyrtec.

Oh, at my Canadian drugstore, you can get the 800s but you have to ask for them at the counter. They're not on the shelf, but they dont' require a perscription.

I used a LOT of those after oral surgeries.

Yes, we rock.
And we can get Tylenol with codeine over the counter, too. (the T1s without a perscription, T2 or higher requires one.)

But you, on the other hand, can still buy Dr Scholl's pink-tubed magic acid foot rub for callouses thing, which I can't get here anymore and sorely miss.

:)

I know lots of nice Americans. But.. your governance.. it's awful...
