I'm curious ...

I use the Yahoo! Launch Cast player at work, so I can listen to a whole hodge-podge of music, and I've noticed something that's quite puzzling:
Many times, a one-hit or one-album wonder will come up, and they'll show an album title of "So-And-So's Greatest Hits". How does that work? Do they have that one song on a continuous loop or something?
Also, is it wrong that I think "So-And-So" would be a fun (albeit, fucked-up) band name? Okay, maybe not ... although I'm still in love with one of the band names from Frank Portman's King Dork: The Nancy Wheelers. Album title: Margaret? It's God. Please Shut Up.
Yeah, I'm bored. What gave that away? :-)
