Earlier, I was playing "One" from Metallica's S&M CD - because I wanted to hear something that kind of expressed my frustration and angst and everything else over the whole situation with my stepdad.

Anyways - Teak was cool with the situation, as he usually is. Cleo, however, looked at me like, "Mommy ... why are you playing the scary music? What's wrong?"


After having my sing-along with Metallica, I put in the Keane CD, and Cleo got into my lap. So, I told the purring bundle of kitty goodness that I had the happy music on - and not to worry. :)


Silly boy, that Cleo.

lol. My dog, the Ollie, hates Dave Matthews Band, my obsession. but if I put on some Daeth Cab for Cutie, he will curl up right under my legs.
