I. Hate. My. Skin.

I've been using a soap that is specifically for oily skin, and in the past, it has worked splendidly. (For the record, it's Lush's "Coalface" soap - sure it's black as night, but it works like a dream)

Now, the oiliness is still happening. And I'm breaking out - my skin looks quite splotchy and gross. :-/

Don't know if it's the meds - especially since Depabloat (errrm, Depakote) can fuck with the girlie cycle - or just my body going through an existential crisis of its own.

Yuck. [Though I know the feeling, having gone through three dermatologists and various prescription and nonprescription washes/gels/creams/etc.]
Right now, I like Pure Zone toner (to get the grime of the day off, as well as some makeup), Aveeno foaming face wash, and Pure Zone Spot Check for overnight help.

Completely off that subject - Eeeee! You like Project Runway! Hurrah!
[were you also kind of pissed about last night's "winner"...?]

Thanks for the suggestions!

As for Project Runway - yes, I was *livid* over Wendy's winning. Although I'd heard that her clothes at Fashion Week were described as "J.C. Penney goes High Fashion" ... hehe.

That doesn't surprise me. But I was so, so pissed. She doesn't deserve it, because she doesn't have the technique nor the attitude. And even though Kara Saun's not my favorite, I liked her design better. Well, okay, Austin's was obviously the very very best, but not Grammy-ish enough, I suppose....
