The Cardinals are getting their asses kicked something awful!! :( I just wonder - did they plan to just let the BoSox win, like its a pity series or something? I mean, Jeez Louise ... it's embarrassing!!
With that aside, I'm kind of getting things figured out with my asthma medicine - well, at least using the rescue inhaler. The Advair is pretty easy: One dose in the morning, one dose twelve hours later.
Some days, I've had to use the inhaler, while other days, I've managed to be "free and clear", so to speak. It seems to depend upon the weather, allergen exposures, and oddly enough - my hormone cycles.
Otherwise, the Advair has given me a mild case of thrush (an oral yeast infection) - in the form of "angular chelitis". In other words, the corners of my mouth are seriously dry and red (from the thrush), so I'm treating it with an antifungal/corticosteroid cream. The little bit of irony is that corticosteroids are what got me into this predicament in the first place (Advair has them).
Tomorrow, I go to the allergist for a follow-up visit - so I get to mention that my allergies are still driving me batty, and it would be nice to be able to take *something* to remedy them!
