I'll post an actual entry later - gotta wrap up the work day, then go home & clean the apartment up some. I'm puppy-sitting this weekend! :)

Well, I did get some cleaning done tonight. Even it was merely throwing out a shitload of papers and discovering that I do, in fact, have a desk in my bedroom. ;) Not that I'm going to write at my desk or anything. Actually, I prefer sprawling out on my bed with the baby-making music on when I'm writing my stories ... hehe

Part of the big clean-up is due to my pet-sitting Annabelle for my parents this weekend, another part of it was due to the fact that my apartment was looking like Hell, and I was getting tired of stepping over stacks of newspapers to get around the living room. There's still some things to be done tomorrow, but if nothing else, the ground is clear - and my CDs are put away for once.

Actually, speaking of my CDs ... I should probably inventory them - in case (Gord forbid) anything should happen and I lose them all. The sad thing is, I think that my CDs could make up about 20% of the contents coverage on my renters policy. The computer is a mutt, most of my furniture was hand-me-downs or from garage sales and the clothes mostly come from Target or mall clearance racks.


Besides that ... I'm feeling a bit tired. Probably since all I had for dinner was a can of decaf Coke - and I've been going to bed after midnight the past few nights. Tonight, I need to get to bed before midnight so I can wake up and feel civilized in the morning.
