I know very little about some of the people on my friends' list. Some people I know really well, some I've hardly talked to at all. Perhaps you lurk, for whatever reason or we just never got a chance to chit chat. But you friended me and I thank you :)

But here's a thought: why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "Ah, there's so and so...she likes to watch tv upside down."

I'd love it if every single person who friended me would do this, please! Even you people who I know really well. Then post this in your own journal.

My name is Donia and I am unemployed. I hope Santa gives me a job for Christmas. I have a brother who is a year younger than I am. He is a big ass. I was born into a white trash family. My brother embraces the white trash aesthetic.

He has a loudmouth girlfriend who is constantly bitching about everything. He has four children, only three of which are his own. He lives in a dilapidated house with an environmentally hazardous car. He lives on junk food.

He is racist. He was abusive to me when I was younger. I don't talk to him unless I have to. While this doesn't seem to have to do with me, having spent such a large portion of my life with him is main of reason why I had such low self-esteem when I was younger and am now a bit of a misanthrope.

ok now THAT is bizarre. Cause your icon is almost exactly the tattoo that I want to get, except I want the middle to be a swirl instead of a circle.

That icon is one of my six tattoos. It is a modification of a tattoo that was just the tribal sun with the middle filled in. I thought it looked so cool, but I didn't want to get exactly the same thing, so I was thinking of ways to change it and still have it look cool when the Soundgarden song "Black Hole Sun" came on the radio and that's when it hit me. Instead of having a black hole sun tattoo, I would get a black sun with a hole tattoo. Goofy, I know, but it worked for me.
