Jun. 3rd, 2003 10:20 pmWell, I survived the root canal (part 1 of 2, at least) and thankfully, there was no need to take the crown out to do the work. (This is a VERY good thing, as it's money that my insurance doesn't have to pay out for a new crown) I'm back on the Keflex (antibiotic) and got a prescription for some Tylenol with Codeine - which is good, as the 3 Advil I took a couple of hours ago aren't doing much. In two weeks, I go back to get the root canal finished.
So now I'm home - got into my PJs after getting my prescriptions filled - and I think I'll be going to bed soon. I'm either tired from getting all hopped up over not much - or the Codeine is kicking in.
Tomorrow will hopefully be a better day. Heck, I survived the dentist, and the agency is giving a despised insurance company (Hawkeye Security) a much-needed boot in the tuchas - we've gotten an appointment to write with a much better company (Encompass). :)
Good night - and good day!

Date: 2003-06-03 11:57 pm (UTC)I've developed a love/hate relationship with my dentist. I want no more root canals, but she didn't hurt me like everyone else.
