Yeah ... I have a feeling that my mom, and people I used to know from church, would be there. (My mom probably knows I'm queer ... and is either okay with it, or is in severe denial.)

So you're married and mom doesn't know? I never did a formal outing of my bisexuality to my mom. Sex and its related topics aren't spoken of, so since it hasn't been asked, I've never told. I think my mom would be cool with it. It's the rest of the family I don't want to hear shit from.

Yep, I'm afraid so. My family's the same way. Sex is never spoken of ... and it's assumed to be better that way.

Although my family always asks about Kellie, and how she's doing - so I take that as a good sign. Also, they no longer ask me about boyfriends (which they dropped asking a couple of years back).

My family stopped asking about boyfriends a few years ago, too, but I think that's more because I'm getting too old to squirt out offspring. The question was always followed up by a talk of grand- and great-grandchildren.
