I'm having a wonky day ... for some reason, I'm having one of those "overgrown emo kid" days. Feeling like I just want to cry for no reason whatsoever. Worrying that I'm scaring people off - and I have no reason to feel that way.

I think the hardest part is just realizing that this is normal, it's okay ... as Kellie reminded me, I don't have to have a reason for being sad. It doesn't mean that I've started in on that downward spiral of depression.

It just means that I'm human - in case I've forgotten.

oh gosh, i so know about those days when you break down crying for no reason, you think you are scaring people off? god, i SO know what you mean, why do you think you are doing that? people really like you, you are a wonderful, funny, caring person..and i just adore you.

at times like this, you just need to have a great big ((((((HUG)))) and maybe some chocolate, that usually helps me :)

I don't know where it came from ... I think it was just a bit of paranoia that comes along with those saddoes moments. :-(
