As though it's not already friggin' cold in San Francisco ... I'm being insane and playing Barenaked for the Holidays (I'm such a fangirl, I know).

Anyways ... "Jingle Bells" started out sounding like Steve had been playing his Dashboard Confessional/ Story of the Year/ Sunny Day Real Estate albums entirely too often ... then it got serious ... the it got wickedly unorthodox, with him singing the childhood refrain of "Jingle Bells, Batman smells ..." At that, I found myself crushing all over again.


So, yeah ... it's all good, my lovelies. :)

And since I'm so impatient & couldn't wait to get it at Circuit City or Target, I got it at Virgin Mega for $14.99 on sale.

[cries] It came out!! And I don't have 15 bucks to buy it!! Why did I have to spend 75 dollars on grocieries and teeth whitening?! I coulda been jamming to the boys!!

Mom did say when I go home this weekend there'll be money waiting for me. I believe a trip to Target will be in order to pick up my boys/ladies. ;) [looks down at her "I <3 the Ladies" shirt] Why did I have to forget? sigh

Hehe - I'd forgotten until I started reading LiveJournal ... and my friends conveniently reminded me with their frustrations over being unable to find it at some of the usual stores!
