Don't mind me. I'm just sitting here, feeling my age and trying to get past the fact that today, my sister has started Grade 9.

She is a smarty pants - smart enoungh to have gone through the Grade 8 work already ... so now, she's 13 and moving onto high school via home school.

It's unreal. So, so, so unreal.

For all it's worth, I feel old because friends I had in the ninth grade when I was in grade 12 are starting at my university next week. I'm like, "WTF? You're still in grade 9 to me!"

That's unreal. I wish I was a ninth grader.
