In either case, I've been in some major pain - and all I've gotten for it is Penicillin, and its *lovely* side effects, as well as a recommendation to see another dentist about the root canal.
So, the other dentist may not be able to see me until tomorrow at the earliest - provided that she takes my insurance. I'm spilkes waiting to hear the verdict for this one. And yes, I've been in pain all weekend.
Worst case scenario: failing root canal in a capped tooth - I'd have to see a specialist, and possibly get a new crown.
Still bad scenario: root canal needed in a capped tooth. Been there, done that. Only in that instance, I had an abscess. No fun. But, little pain.
Weird case scenario: the pain is from a sinus problems that aren't rearing their ugly heads yet.
Somebody send me Vicodin. The Aleve isn't doing much - and I'd like to eat People Food, dammit!
