The congestion and other crap that was really getting me down earlier today is beginning to subside - now, I just want to do something about the sinus headache.

Work wasn't too bad today - just a matter of keeping my head above water sometimes. That, and keeping up the inclination to actually do my work...

Ah well, it's a three-day weekend, and I'll be spending it with the family. Hopefully everything will go well at that end - no World War III or anything.

Saturday, I'm going out with my mom for a bit of a girls' day out - getting manicures (my treat) and going out to lunch (her treat).

Sunday will probably be a leisurely day - going to church, then spending the day doing who knows what.

Monday, since Taylor is off school and I'm off work, we're having our own girls' day out. We'll be taking the bus to the mall for some shopping and a movie - perhaps 50 First Dates, if it's playing at the theater.

Tuesday, I'm moving my cube contents to another part of the office, I'll be trained on the new phone system and have a new supervisor. Yeah, for all of one week. Crazy, isn't it? Ah well, to balance the insanity, I have a girls' night out with my former co-workers (Sherry, Patti and Rachelle) - going for dinner and maybe adult drinks.

I'm doing alright. I made it through the week, and if all goes well, I will be able to make it through my visit with the family, too. :)
