"I know you tried to forget me...
Nov. 11th, 2003 12:54 pmBut today is Remembrance Day", to quote Odds.
Or, as those of us Stateside know it, Veterans Day.
So before I risk being a total rude-ass, I want to say Happy Veterans Day / Remembrance Day to those that fought in our behalf. Thank you.
I may be nicely pacifistic, but I will give respect to my dad, his father, my mom's dad and other family members that have served in the military and fought in wars. They are far more brave than I could ever be.
