Hi. Limits Suck. :-p
Feb. 5th, 2003 09:42 pmSince I've only got 3 posts per 24-hour period, I'm supposed to make the most of what little I can say. So I'll cut text this stuff to spare you all the torment of a lengthy entry.
As I'm sure most of you know, lj is putting up limits on posts in a 24 hour period. For most of us - the pathetic individuals that only have free journals - we're limited to 3 (yes, THREE) fucking posts per 24-hour period. Early adapters - anyone that's started an lj before 2000, get 10 posts. Paid users get 20 posts. This does include communities. Which means that if I wanted to post something BNL-related *and* post in another community, as well as my own lj ... I'd have to decide which takes precedence. Writing out my piss-and-rant, asking nicely to do B&P for a boot of a concert in a BNL community, or posting about epilepsy, sexuality, size issues or sex in general in a community.
I know that I was planning on getting a paid account for more icons and to set up a separate journal for my fanfic/smut. Now, it seems like if I want to post more than 3x/day - gotta go paid. Granted, I may not use 20 entries/day - but some days, I'm more prolific than others.
This week, I was going to work on continuing a story I'd started (for those that are in the separate group - I won't be inflicting it upon you for a while ... hehe), but had a couple of nights of no desire to write. Last night, I had the best of intentions, until my libido smacked me upside the head. Using better judgement, I decided that I was best off tending to that, rather than writing horny. That's probably just me, but if I write under the influence of hormones ... it never, ever works. And oh yeah, American Idol was on too. (No, AI didn't get my hormones raging. It was some of the stuff I was involved in before and after ... *smirk*)
Tonight, I ended up watching the film Romance again. It's a French movie that my purchasing seemed to impress Kellie. Even after she'd found out that it wasn't because it was a foreign film. Romance is an interesting film - good amount of drama to it. Basically it involves a couple - Marie and Paul - and Marie's dealing with the fact that Paul is no longer interested in her sexually. In response, she takes up with the headmaster of the school she teaches at, as well as my main impetus for getting the film - Rocco Siffredi (porn star) in a small role. I won't tell about the rest, because it would give away the film. But, if you want to see Rocco getting it on - without his usual shenanigans - it's worth checking into. :) {The bad thing is ... Rocco Siffredi is one of the more handsome men in porn. If you can deal with a guy that looks like Craig (Fin) Finley (BNL road manager) and is hung like Ed Robertson. Seriously.)
Go ahead ... beat your head into a pole. Smack me around. Whatever it takes to get that *lovely* image out of your head. ;)
That's all I've got for now. I don't know that I'll have more to say ... so I'm just gonna check out others' entries & post comments all random-like.

Date: 2003-02-05 09:47 pm (UTC)On the other hand... 3 posts per day sucks ass for all of you. I can totally see how you are frustrated.
I just think it's cool that you know/like/purchase foreign films. Even if they do have Fin-a-likes with dicks the size of missles in them.
Basically... I just think you are cool and I love you. :)
