You'll know you were loved
Dec. 10th, 2002 05:54 pmThank you to those of you that didn't run in the opposite direction after last night's mental falling-out. :) I don't know what happened exactly, I just know that I felt nothing short of awful.
I may not be 100%, but I do feel better than I did 24 hours ago. It's strange how moods work, isn't it? I'd guess that everyone has the occasional mood fluctuation. It's just a nightmare when it happens a lot.
To those wanting me to get pictures of my Queered-up Christmas Tree, I will be doing that hopefully this weekend. And I will do what I can to get the pictures posted before Christmas. Remember, it's not really a Charlie Brown Christmas this year. It's an Emmett Honeycutt/Jack McFarland Christmas. *smirk*
I'm back to reading Dante's Inferno. Granted, it wasn't as "can't put it down" good as The Handmaid's Tale ... but Dante is at least several hundred years old, and translated from Italian. Besides, after hearing so much about how it's a Classic, and I seem to be on this neverending quest to read some of the stuff I never did in high school or college ... there it is.
This weekend, I'll be able to do some of my Christmas shopping online - and the rest of it can be easily accomplished on one bus line. My brother comes into town this Saturday (yay!), and Kellie will be here in about 2 1/2 weeks - a great Christmas present, if you ask me. :^)
Taylor is going to be in another skate show on the 15th, doing her "Santa Baby" routine. Ü Yes, it's another chance for me to see her and feel ancient, because she's growing up so much. Perhaps this time, she'll avoid the throwing of Cat Chow. ;)
Now, I'm going to work on getting the bills paid and making sure that Sid is fed before he starts in on his Angry Black Bunny routine. Oh the joys of living with a reincarnated anarchist.
p.s.: Hello and welcome to
