Still feeling a bit out-of-sorts, but I'm doing a little better than I was a couple of hours ago. Sometimes, I just get into those really inexplicable funks - and most times, I can get out of them enough to be sociable - but tonight, this one truly knocked me onto my ass.

If nothing else, I did get my laundry done, and finished reading The Handmaid's Tale. I wanted to start reading The Story of O, but the beginning of the story reminded me that I had another, similarly-themed novel to finish reading. (I'm so scattershot with my reading, and I am prone to reading more than one book at a time.)
{Edit: I have yet to finish Dante's Inferno. It was starting to get interesting, too. Like I said, I have no attention span sometimes.}

I've come to terms with the fact that my creativity is currently in hibernation, and will re-emerge when I'm not running about hopped up over *having to* be creative. (So anyone waiting for me to write more smut - be patient, my lovelies. It'll happen again sometime soon...)

In the meantime, I will do my damndest to avoid getting into situations where I end up feeling like the lowest life form. In other words, maybe I should avoid classmates.com, no matter how much the perverse curiousity tries to wear down my resolve. (An entirely too long story there, so I'll avoid boring you with those details)

And oh yeah ... before I become a total rudeass and forget, I have a couple of new people to welcome. :)
