With regard to sending the congrats, I'm going to "borrow" what Kellie had said in her LJ: "We would, of course, welcome gifts (because we aren't dumb and our mammas raised us right) but certainly don't expect them. If you would like to send something, gift cards to cookware stores like Sur La Table, to department stores like Macy's, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, or good ol' cash (paypal) would be welcome"
