Apr. 11th, 2007 06:51 pmMy sister is an officially licensed driver. If you're in St. Louis, do your best to stay off the sidewalks in North St. Louis County. Now, I really feel old. Then again, she is almost 18 years younger than me. (When she was born, I was a senior in high school - classmates were having babies, and I was anticipating the arrival of my half-sister.) And she is *gorgeous*, if I say so myself.
If you asked her a few years ago, what she thought of me, she'd probably say that I was cool because I live in San Francisco, and I took her to her first concert (Barenaked Ladies). If you ask her now, she'd say that I'm cool because I live in San Francisco, took her to her first concert, gave her an iPod for Christmas (earned Coolest Sister EverTM points there), and sent her a Fall Out Boy t-shirt that she wishes was a bit smaller, so she could wear it as more than a nightshirt. Yes, I get to be the cool sister / future cool-eccentric aunt.
And now for something completely different (and unusual), I present Dr. Calvert Jang of Jang & Associates. The smile - scary and hypnotic at the same time. That's all I can say, really.
Last night, I took an Ambien for my recent sleeplessness, and no, I didn't end up sleep-driving Colbert Report: Threatdown - Sleep Driving. Nope, instead I had a "sleep hangover", feeling drowsy for part of the morning. Although, I did sleep quite well - and didn't have trouble waking up.
