Mar. 26th, 2007 06:29 pmOkay, I somehow managed to survive the internist and neurologist. My Effexor was increased, like I'd thought it would be. I was also given some Ativan for the insomnia (the neurologist prescribed Ambien CR ... yay for possible sleep-driving!). The neurologist increased the dosing on one of my seizure meds. No big deal - much easier to take one pill, instead of two different doses of the same pill.
The dentist, on the other hand, was not so spectacular. It was the first time *ever* that I had to have topical numbing for a cleaning, because of a few highly sensitive teeth. Also, I found out that the wonky tooth that has been bothering me ... needs to have the crown replaced. And did I mention that my two front teeth also need to be capped? Oh lucky day.
I came home, feeling like "dear God, kill me now. Please." Still kind of feel that way.
Oh well. At least I'm home, and don't have to worry about any of the aforementioned crap for a while.
