Today was really fun.
I got out of bed really late because my alarm clock has broken and I cannot afford a new one at the moment.

I feel good because today I getting my lip pierced! Finally! Mom said I could and she's signed the forms and EVERYTHING!

I'm so hardcore. Me and Buzz went to the mall today, and I stole a whole heap of stuff. I got a Good Charlotte CD, a couple of DVDs and some new boots. Buzz got caught, but he fought his way out, and then we stole some lady's car and smashed it into a phone booth.

Last night I had to masturbate twenty times. I'm so horny. Click here to see my website.

I want to tell the world that my girlfriend Amy is the bomb! She made pizza last night, and even though I burnt my lips on the cheese, it was awesome!!!

I am updating this journal for the first time in ages, because I've been in prison.

Today, I got a digital camera! Yes! Here's ten thousand photographs of my cat.

I want to say thanks to simon and Abbey and Dave and the other Simon for helping me on Saturday. You guys are the best. By the way, if you happen to find my wallet, keys or underwear, could you SMS me? Adrian has my number.

I went to the doctor yesterday, and he said I have bipolar disorder, and should stop smoking drugs.

You should all do this quiz! It's amazingly accurate. You just put in your name and birthday, and it will tell you you're a moron.

That's enough for now. But I'll leave you with this thought - sharing your life with strangers on the internet is the cheapest form of therapy available. Leave a comment and tell me I'm beautiful.

Yes, today is a very special day for my family. It's my sister's 13th birthday! She's a teenager now, and I *know* that she's been looking forward to this day for entirely too long.

Seeing this cartoon in the paper on Sunday, it reminded me of *exactly* how my family and I feel about her turning 13. :)

April turns 13

So a very happy 13th birthday to Miss Taylor, my favorite Munchkin!! :^D

One of the complete sentences we learned in Spanish class - after learning the conjugation of the verb Ir, meaning "to go". It always cracked me up though, that we were learning to say "Let's go to the beach!" when we're in St. Louis. There is no way to say "Let's go to the Landing and play in the mud!", and have it even begin to sound remotely attractive. Yet, that's exactly what we'd be doing in that town - mucking about in the Mississippi River dreck.

This afternoon, I took the bus to the end of the line, and wound up at the beach. Yes, Virginia, I was able to go out and look at the surf rolling in - and the few dedicated surfers riding the waves. Seeing people walking on the beach, young couples fooling around on the sand, it was like "okay, here I am - this is an *actual beach*, and this is my new home."

Another day, I want to ride out to the beach, and actually hang out for once. Get my feet wet in the ocean, walk around in the wet sand, and just be.

Yeah, I know ... I'm doing short posts - several in the day. Then again, I'm just posting random things as they come to me. :)

But, this I probably should've/could've written about sooner. Especially since it has to do with work - and the possibility of getting work.

I ended up calling Starbucks yesterday - and was told that they were still reviewing applications, that I am still on file, and they will call me "depending upon their need". I know, I shouldn't let it get to me, but it almost felt like I was being told something to placate me - so I would leave well enough alone, and let them hire some 18 year old that won't leave them after a few months because they've gotten a "real" job. Still, I think it bothered me some, because I'd built up my hopes on it (not the smartest thing to do, I know ... but it's something I tend to do).

Today, though, I went to a few temp agencies, and had better luck. Randstad essentially blew me off (their loss), but Kimco was really nice - all I have to do is get a copy of my birth certificate & fill out the I-9 form before I can start working for them. Also, I had an interview with Insurance Professional Services (IPS), an agency that does temp, temp-to-hire and permanent work. That went quite well, and I found out that I could possibly do insurance work - even without a California License, so long as I have an active, valid license of some type. That really made my day - and helped me to feel better about my prospects.

So, yeah, there's that. Also, I've got a few jobs to apply for - and a job that I was jonesin' for before getting out here has become available. All I can say is that they agency is moving to an office near the Starbucks that I'd interviewed at. Isn't it ironic, indeed?
