Well, I survived a Monday. :)

The day had its moments, and I was about ready to hot-foot it to Des Moines to wring an underwriter's neck over an e-mail he'd sent me. All I did was offer him my usual deluge of questions! *smirk* Actually, I'd asked about something with homeowners insurance ... then a while later, it occurred to me that I had a similar question about the renters insurance. I e-mailed my question & got this response: "It's the same as it is for the homeowners. And we also require the SSN of every tenant in the building.... Just kidding." Smartass.

One of the producers, in his attempt at "helping out" seems to be doing a swell job of getting me closer to considering drinking as a hobby. Do some people not get the message that when you're on the phone, DO NOT hover over that person? Another producer was doing the persistent child schtick, either feigning stupidity, or being genuinely oblivious towards Sherry telling him that a company is unable to do what he wants them to do. Yes, it was another round of "go to the newbies - they'll let you get away with anything". And, yes, they were thwarted. >:) I might be relatively new, but I'm not going to let everyone get away with murder because of it.

Enough of my bitching. I'm thinking of coloring my hair again. For some reason, post-haircut, it looks darker than normal. So, I'm gonna color over it - yes, even the highlights - to see if that helps it any. Clairol, here I come!
