Work is work is work
Feb. 10th, 2004 02:37 pmIt's another day at work - busy as ever. My TMJ is bothering me - and I know that when I'd worn my bite guard to bed last night, I seemed to be making sure that the guard stayed in place by gnashing my teeth on a few occasions. Perhaps I should go back to wearing it during the days, too. At least for these last two weeks, you know.
Otherwise, it's more of the same. People calling with changes, or 700 questions about a quote - why are the coverage limits higher than what they have with their current carrier? what about a claim that was closed without payment - does it count against them?, ad infinitum. Even the occasional person seeming to think that insurance agents can pull random figures out of thin air, like they used to do 10, 15 years ago - and getting pissy when you can't. Or, maybe it was just that particular person I was dealing with.
No matter. It's just another day in the office. And it seems that good news travels extremely fast, as I now think that *everyone* in the office knows that I've given notice and will be leaving. Not that I'm complaining. I would've told them eventually. :)
But, I really should get back to business. There's a lot to be done in two weeks' time. Have a great afternoon/evening, my lovelies!
