hiddenmuseSo you've caught me at a near-loss for words, except to say that today has certainly gone better than yesterday.
I did end up staying at work until 6 p.m. - just because there were a few mortgagees that needed their proof of insurance right now, and "no, it can't wait until 8:30 tomorrow morning - how dare you actually want to get home and away from the office!!".
Since my co-worker is here, it's not as bad. Still has its busy moments, but I think that just goes with the territory. I didn't have to play Billing Expert, so I was able to chip away at some of the paperwork piling up on my desk - actually return phone calls, send out a couple of policies, only the important things. Ü
There may be another (not-so) late evening, as I did promise a couple of quotes to clients via e-mail. So, I'd better get those taken care of, because I don't want to be stuck here forever!
