hiddenmuseAnna and I went out tonight - to a concert, the Hi-Pointe (where I'd met her and the Guy), and a party where we sat on a couch and talked about how it was too much like a high school party.
In between the concert and Hi-Pointe, we went out for Chinese food, which was good, even if it upset my stomach really badly. :( Still, it was a good thing that I'd had *something* to eat, considering how much I'd end up drinking...
I started with an Amaretto Sour (damn good stuff), was given a shot of a drink Anna and Bonnie (the bartender) call The Misdemeanor - Jameson's Whiskey and Butterscotch Schnapps, had 3 more Amaretto Sours (in beer glasses, this time), another Misdemeanor, a shot of Jagermeister, and a Buttery Nipple. What does this mean? That Carly's gonna be sleeping until 4 p.m., and going to wake up with a fucking killer hangover.
So, with that, I bid you all adieu - I need to get to sleep, in order to wake up feeling crappy, I'm sure.... *rolls eyes*

Date: 2003-08-31 09:15 am (UTC)well besides the misdemeanor (which I've never had but sounds good), you just named many of my favorite drinks. I drank so much Jager in college it wasn't even funny. We used to call them slippery nipples, but they're the same thing.
rest in peace, sweet one. Drink lots and lots and lots of water and take two asprin before you go to bed (yes I realize this is a moot point now) and drink some caffeine when you wake up.
I can hold my liquor but I have terrible hangovers. It would take me at least an entire day to recover from that much!
