Office Quickie

* I got my bonus & raise ... very decent, if I say so myself. :)

* Today, I got flowers from two of my co-workers - "just because".

* Not feeling as bad as I was a couple of days ago, so either the Effexor is still working, or it's PMS.

* I've started putting stars on my weekly desk calendar for every time I manage to avoid overeating (see Tuesday night for an example of that). It may seem silly, but it could work. :)

* Thanks to Miss Dia for getting me into more cool music - this time, it's Jason Mraz. All you have to do is talk about those musicians enough, and I get curious ... hehe.

I know this isn't a depression post, but I just wanted you to know that I read, and am very empathetic for your position, especially regarding the meds. I think you talk to yourself quite well, and might actually do much better this time with the meds.

I think in the past, my biggest mistake was shutting people out & trying to do this alone. Hopefully this time, by letting people in, things will go better.
