Think of all the fun I've missed ...
well, I know of another CD I won't be taking to the office - if only because my singing along with Art Alexakis on "Santa Baby" won't go over very well with co-workers. :)
I know, everyone and their mother (well, okay, maybe not *that many* people) seem to be a bit hopped up on the idea that Jewish musicians should be singing Hanukkah-themed songs. Yeah, great idea in theory, but how many versions of the "Dreidel Song" and Adam Sandler's "Chanukah Song" can we tolerate hearing?
With that out of the way, I propose that the next holiday show BNL does, they should get Steve singing "Santa Baby". Admit it, you'd love to see him strutting around the stage, indulging his inner über-diva while singing that Eartha Kitt classic. Okay, so it's just me. And it's just me that would like to see him doing it in a green velvet holiday dress, too, I'm sure. ;) {Hey, it's my dream, I can go as overboard as I like! Not like it would actually happen or anything...} Besides, it would be more fun than "Dreidel, dreidel, dreidel - I made it out of clay". :-P
And oh yeah, being a total lemming, I'm going to be like a lot of other people and ask for addresses if you want a Christmas card from me. :) If you're interested, just e-mail your address to me at: NotAQuietGrrrl@aol.com and I'll add you to my list!

And I agree on the dress not only because of the whole "green dress" line. But because it would offset the red lips so very well. Very festive. All I ask for in addition is... you guessed it... spiky hair.
(Who said you had lost your creativity, eh?)
