'scuse me while the state of what we term "customer service" makes me barf!

Okay, lets talk clothing adventures...I went with my Daughter to Anchor Blue over Xmas break...she was there spending some money from her Grandparents...we walked up to the counter to pay and the two girls behind the register never turned their heads a centimeter in our direction, just kept chatting on and on...it really bothered me, then a few moments later another girl approached, slid into their conversation and WITHOUT even looking at me held her arm out in my direction for the items we wished to buy.

What EV er....I didn't hand her anything until she stopped talking and looked at me, acknowledging my presence as a Human Being...I found the whole thing rather irritating.

Amanda on the other hand wanted to fall through the floor and all but hearded me out of the store cause she could tell a massive "scene-type" complaint was coming on.

I really don't like being treated like that, and I often wonder about customer service...has it just degenerated that far beyond recognition??

I never usually get fast food, but I did get Burger King breakfast with the kids this past weekend....and when I asked how many hashbrowns in the large side order the girl behind the speaker was dumbfounded...I would think this is something she can guess at relatively easily, but she refused to even venture it....in a word: Retarded!

no, wait...that's an insult to the verifiably mentally impaired....!
