What Goes Up ... Must Come Down

and sometimes, it comes down really hard.


After spending several days in relatively good spirits, I have crashed. I sit here and cry over nothing at all. My moods are all over the place again (and no, it's not PMS this time) and I'm the unwilling participant on the emotional rollercoaster ride.


Maybe I should go and hide under the blankets and try to sleep. I'd rather not depress everyone else with my despondency here.
