Food Log - 4 September 2004

Here's today's log - getting back on track. :)

You probably know the routine - favorite foods are bolded, and I still get 28 points per day - until I drop down to another notch on the range.

Breakfast
1 can Decaf Coca-Cola - 3
Barbecue Soy Chips - 2

Lunch
Turkey & Swiss Sandwich - 6

Snack
Granola Nut Penza Bar - 3

Dinner
Turkey Burger & Bun - 7
Home Fries - 4
1 can Coca-Cola - 3

Snack
2 Fruit Pops - 4

Total Points Used - 32

I earned about 6 Activity Points today - mainly from going all over the city to view apartments!!, drank 2 liter-sized bottles of water, had quite a bit of Snapple Diet Peach Iced Tea ... unfortunately, I was slacking on the fruits/veggies and dairy. I still have the rest of this week (until I weigh in on Thursday morning) to make up for that, though!

chips and coke for breakfast *grins*
not that there's ANYTHING wrong with that *giggles*
random thought does one cheese have more "points" in it then others? (I tend to eat FAR more regular mild cheddar then any other kind)

It's not really one type of cheese (mild vs. sharp), so much as the fat content that affects the points. Low-fat and fat-free cheddar cheeses are excellent, and melt better than they used to when they were first on the market.

When I was in jr. college, I used to have Mtn Dew for breakfast ;)

Damn, Carly, now I'm hungry ;)

Yeah - it was quite the back to college meal for me ... hehe. I suppose it was in tribute to the kids returning to school - as well as the incoming freshmen!
