Well, with the fake purses - I have a Kate Spade bag that I'd bought at a garage sale for $10, and it may be a fake. To be honest, I really can't tell any difference between my Kate Spade and the real thing - and no one has called me out on it yet.
As for fake Prada bags - their best-known bag, in my estimation, is a bag that's made from "parachute material" (I have no other way to describe it). Because it's a real Prada, they can charge several hundred dollars for it. If someone offered me the exact same thing - as a fake - for $50, I'd probably buy it, because you can't tell the difference, unless someone so anal-retentive or so snobbish that they'd judge people on whether my Prada bag is real or not!
And I still have a soft spot for the Muppet Show and Sesame Street. Swedish Chef, Bunsen and Beaker, and the two guys in the Balcony (whose names I always forget) are always my favorite characters. :) And with Beaker, I have a t-shirt that shows him on it and says "No Beakers were harmed in the making of this t-shirt"
