I'm staying in tonight. There's laundry and dishes to be done - and I'm in the mood for baked chicken and couscous this evening.

Besides, I have a few good books to read, and that Dennis Miller DVD to watch again and again. :)

So, I will write more later - when I'm at home, and it's safer to write what's on my mind. Have a great evening, all.

MMM Chicken!! We had Beef Stew and I baked a pineapple upside down cake!!! Wills doing dishes and im waiting for 8 so I can sleep!

I love pineapple upside-down cake! That's one of my favorite cakes. :)

And considering the cool weather in St. Louis this week, Beef Stew sounds really good, too.
