Today's kind of ... ehhhhh. *wiggles hand* Between a wicked headache, my bum knee deciding to misbehave and somehow hurting my shoulder ... the day's been a bit odd and quarky. (For those that don't know, I've designated "quark" as my universal catch-all word to describe the inexplicable.)

But enough of my bitching. I ended up with 3 stars yesterday - cos I didn't overdo it at dinner and decided to bypass the ice cream. Today, I've had two stars. Would've gone for 3 today ... but for some reason, I'm feeling physically insatiable, like whatever I eat isn't quite enough. So I'm a bit nervous that I could end up going over the edge tonight. :-/

And I do have some good news:

Congratulations to hakuai who is the proud mama of baby Ana Cecilia (an absolutely beautiful little girl if I say so myself) born 3 weeks ago!
