Well I've told my mom, and she was great about it - even when I told her about what caused it. I think telling her about the prior boss's attitude really nailed it for her, because she was like, "you're probably better off somewhere else".

Also, she gave me a needed pep talk, and told me that I was one of the strongest people she knows (which says a lot, since I think she's one of the strongest people *I* know!).

My brother and in-laws don't know yet - but, it seems like it'll be easier with the responses I've gotten so far.
