Let's get the bad stuff out of the way, first
The right side of my face hurts. The week on Amoxicillin (you may remember it as that gross pink crap your mom kept in the refrigerator & gave to you for ear infections) did help clear up much of my respiratory infection - but apparently it's malingering in half of my head. :(
Sure, I feel fine in the morning, but as the day progresses, I get to feeling worse. Right now, my ear aches, and it feels like I was punched about the side of my head - especially in my cheek and temple.
Tomorrow, I'll be calling the doctor's office and discussing bodily functions in a way that gets ME squicked out, and I'd probably get a prescription called in for Biaxin - a more heavy-duty antibiotic than Amoxicillin, something that's specificially for respiratory infections. Only problem is that it's expensive. $25 on my insurance plan. Ouchies. But, at this point, if it'll get rid of this angst, it's worth it.
And so concludes my sturm-und-drang for the night. Onto happier things, shall we?
