Good luck with your shoulder! I hope the cortisone shot doesn't hurt too badly!

The one I had to get in my knee years ago left me bawling my eyes out in the doctor's parking lot because it hurt so bad. :(

I probably missed the post, but how did you manage to tear the tendon?
